Umm I don’t think it’s sweet. It seems controlling, but they may have just did that for the show. It’s not like she doesn’t have her own fashion consultants and all the money she needs to buy whatever she wants.

Last time I checked she is pretty fashionable without his help.  If I were her, I’d tell him to “Shove it.”  It is one thing to say that she should get rid of a couple things because they were truly unflattering, but if she likes her wardrobe and she looks good, who is he to tell her to clean out her entire closet?  I find his behavior totally uncool and inappropriate.  I’d hate for her to regret letting him get rid of her stuff when she moves on to the next boyfriend.

Seems controlling to me. I just hope she doesn’t throw that stuff away and donates it instead if she does go through with getting rid of it.

it’s horrible. i watched this episode and she seemed a little upset about it and whatnot, but Khloe was even more upset with it because he made her get rid of, literally, 90% of her wardrobe and Khloe said something along the lines of her having the exact same stuff, so it made it seem like she didn’t have style what with the way Kanye was getting rid of all of Kim’s things. 

i just think that it’s absolutely disgusting that he and his stylist got rid of THAT much of her wardrobe. if you love or care someone, you don’t change who they are or what they wear. period.

I think it’s way overboard. That sherling Louis Vuitton bag in the clip was super ugly but for a boyfriend to get rid of all her clothes is stepping over a huge boundary. Her way of dressing (which I think is really cute and fashionable, btw) was one of the things that attracted him to her in the first place so why now does he want to make her over into his version of a perfect kim. Seems very controlling, and wrong. A few things ok, but her entire wardrobe? Oh hell no!

I don’t dress for anyone but me. And I like my clothes. I worked hard for my shit, regardless of what other people think of it. I don’t mind having people add more clothes to it. But to replace my wardrobe completely… You bet your ass I’ll drop you so fast if you tried doing this to me. My mom doesn’t even have the final say to what my wardrobe looks like.

Kayne is such a shithead. But so is Kim for going along with it, and going out with him.

It’s so sad really. She is famous for her sense of style! And ever since she’s gotten with Kanye, her style has been more misses than hits! 

Okay Super Wrong. Kanye has yet once again proved that he is an asshole. first of all not all women are alike, and not all women should be. Women are like snowflakes; can never find two that are the same. Men on the other hand are like cars. Some are different but most are the same. Touching a woman’s clothes and changing who she is takes away her individuality, and that is something i stand against. Why are men so stupid. Kanye of all men I think takes the wrap of king of stupidity. Some of the things he’s said, and some of the things he’s done make me wonder what grade in school did he leave to become a… whatever he calls himself.

I don’t have a problem with it. They are adults and she’s permitting it. Big deal! I would love for somebody to replace all my clothes, and if that somebody is a person that I want to look good for, even better.
Totally unrelated, I realized that this is the first time I’ve heard her voice. I expected it to be lower.

I want to be all “Bad Kanye!  Bad!” . . .but let’s get real.  It’s more “Bad, Kim! Bad!  Dating a jerk off, submitting to him on any level, AND wasting that much designer clothing?  VERY BAD KIM!”  . . .unless she’s the submissive personality then yeah okay, I get it.

Either way, someone else stated that these girls would be replacing their boyfriend’s wardrobe slowly.  Yeah, I have done that.  With not ripped, not stained, up-to-date versions of the clothing he loves and essentials that he didn’t realize he was missing.  I think we all lend our opinion but actually physically forcing them to accept that opinion is wrong. And to waste that much clothing all because he has an overstated, over dramatized opinion?  Shame, shame.  Really hope she did something cool with it like donate it to charity.
