It’s always fun to go to a museum, especially when there are interactive exhibits. After all, who doesn’t like physically experiencing art, as opposed to simply viewing it? But there’s one museum in Ukraine with an exhibit I would definitely avoid being in. It’s called “Sleeping Beauty,” and participating in it could literally create a lifetime commitment!

At first glance, this exhibit at National Art Museum of Ukraine seems innocent enough. In it, women lie on tables “sleeping,” while viewers can walk through and observe them. But there is one heck of a catch: if a male viewer wakes one of the women up, they are both contractually obligated to marry each other. Open your eyes, snag a husband!

The women in the exhibit don’t seem to mind. One said that, “Anything can happen in life. And suddenly it’s fate. What if it’s the only way I’ll meet my soul mate?” Let’s hope that if her eyes do open, that’s the case! [via Gawker]
