I don’t have time to spend hours doing my nails. That’s why I think the best kind of nail art is the kind that anyone can do simply and easily. Here’s 6 handy tool to help you get that awesome nail art.
Above: For an ombre effect, use those sponge tip applicators that come free with every drugstore eyeshadow. Finally, a good use for these!
To get a more precise line, clean out the brush from an old liquid eyeliner and use to apply.
Snake print has been everywhere. Mimic the look by using a paper towel. Voilà!
For a ridiculously easy but cute mani, stick a sewing pin in a pencil eraser and use as a dotting tool.
To create you own unique pattern, use stationary tape to get ultra-clean lines.
Nail stamping is seriously the easiest of all nail art. You can buy special stamps for nails, or just use regular stamps you get at the craft store!
Have you tried any of nail art tricks? Which is your favorite? [via Styelist]

The dotting tool and eyeliner trick are helpful.

I haven’t tried any of these but my favorite would be a tooth pick for a marbling effect.
I am doing to try the eyeliner brush though!

I’m a nail art junkie. I’ve done all except the paper towel one. Definitely going to try that next.. And I haven’t done nail stamping. I feel like it’s cheating. I like the perfect imperfections when it’s done all by hand.

@pick_my_friggin_nose@xanga - I do nail stamping because I don’t mind cheating with my nails. lol I get too frustrated if I try by hand. But you do still get imperfections. I haven’t ever had a perfect nail stamping. =)

This is the best nail post I’ve ever seen!
Other ones always have the most complicated designs or are much harder than they seem. I am very impressed.
