I prance around in dresses almost every day. Seriously: almost any time I wear shorts or jeans out, I’m greeted with, “ANDREA! I’ve never seen you in PANTS!” at least once. For me, dresses are classy, timeless and make for super-easy outfits. Which is why I was thrilled to hear that London’s V&A Museum is holding an exhibit featuring some of the most iconic dresses of all time. Here are a couple dresses featured in the exhibit, and a few more that I find particularly iconic. Let us know what film frocks you think should go down in history!
Who could forget the dress that Scarlett makes out of curtains in Gone With the Wind? Actually, who could forget about any of these frocks? Head on over to the source to read more about the exhibit! [via The Daily Mail]
Which of these dresses is most iconic? Did we leave out any important ones?

I’m sad to admit that I haven’t seen most of these movies but I do, however, recognize many of the dressed. I agree, I love dresses. Unless their maxi-dresses I don’t get to really wear a dress too often. Lol. With the kiddos pants or shorts are a must especially since I have yet to master wearing a dress like a proper lady.

Haha! Finally! Another dress girl. I actively dislike pants and “prance around in dresses and skirts all day” also. In related news, I’m happy I finally get all the references in one of these posts. I feel so old now, lol.
