I think this looks nice on Michele, though there are a bit too many deep slits. Go with the neckline or hemline: not both! I’m also not crazy about the shoes. Nonetheless, I think her hair color looks absolutely stunning, and I may just take it to the salon next time I go in for a dye!

I agree with @Erika_Steele@xanga . I feel lukewarm about it as well. Like she said, if it fit her better, then it would definitely be a hit, but because of that it’s not quite there. Though her hair and make-up are on point!
