I am a shameless caffeine addict. As I sit here sipping on my second coffee of the day, I’m thinking about how I need to add a pitcher to my back-to-school list, so that I can always have iced coffee available. Dunkin Donuts’ Free Iced Coffee Day ranks among my favorite days of the year. Last summer, I inspired my family to invest in a Keurig machine, since I discovered that I couldn’t live without one. I’ve already moved my own Keurig down to school, even though I don’t move in until next week. And now I’ve discovered that not only can I drink coffee, but I can craft with it too!
Now I’m not exactly the crafty type, but some of these projects are just too cute not to try. In addition to providing early risers with morning sustenance, coffee beans can be used to create home decoration pieces and adorable accessories. I’ve already decided that I’m going to attempt to make that coffee bean necklace in the above photo. While the artist spray-painted it bronze, I think I would just keep the original coffee bean color. If there is anything that can inspire me to craft, it’s coffee. And hey, you can use the leftover beans to make a celebratory drink! Check out these unique, creative coffee bean crafts:

I would decorate my house in coffee beans. I am that serious in my allegiance to caffeine.
