These are real photos. And they are probably the cutest things I have ever seen in my life.
I have to say this first: I have no idea how the photographer, Rachel Hulin, made the babies look like they were flying. I’m guessing they were held up by people in easily-edited-out suits (like in a green screen). But my theory is kinda blown out of the water with this photo:
That’s the baby, next to the Ferris Wheel. So my theory’s kaput. But however these photos were made, even if it involved a ton of Photoshop, I still think they’re wonderful. And according to Hulin’s website, there’s going to be an entire book of these photos released next year titled Flying Henry. I know the book is technically created for kids, but can I buy one just for myself? Pleeeeease?

I’m guessing taking 2 photos of the same scene, one without anybody, another with the parent holding the baby. Then all that’s left is to erase the parent. Ferris wheel I’m guessing just pasting the baby in. But I’m not sure.

also know as levitation photography. it’s many ways to do it. i tried it with a slow shutter speed and jumping.
