Sarah Hyland, star of TV sitcom Modern Family, hosted the Songbirds’ Album release party for Elle magazine last night and looked every bit of fabulous doing so!

Featured in an adorable black white and nude striped dress and matching nude Casadei heels to match she looks sophisticated and chic. I wouldn’t believe this classy young woman is only 21! I especially love the long cascading waves of her hair, it really compliments the whole look. Plus the makeup is subtle, which is perfect for this outfit.
