Whoa. I never thought a lovelyish post would hit so close to home. My profile pic is actually my attempt at a Marilyn-do for a project in a senior-level design seminar. The hot rollers didn’t work so well for me, so I had to sweep it into a side part.

@angelwingfive@xanga - the best way to get marilyn hair is probably to do a wet set… it takes a little more time than hot rollers, but not much. and the result is totally worth it.
