I wish I was talented enough to have an Etsy store. I just spent an afternoon decoupaging (more on that at another time) and I’m simply exhausted. Yet everything I’ve learned has been through my fabulous friend, Laura. Through much goading by all of her friends, we got her to create one of the most fabulous up and coming Etsy stores to date.

I’ve only every purchased one thing off of Etsy, but it was worth it. When you find a good shop, it’s worth the price you pay. Some people are just naturally better at DIY than others (mainly, me). I have personally seen the hours Laura slaves over her creations, and her store, Arrowsandangels, is just blossoming with some of her best products.

Mostly known for her gorgeous jewelry and crafty jewelry boxes, Laura has begun her site to spark interest in numerous different outlets.

My personal favorite is the pendant in the photo below. Laura has a way of taking some of the most random items she finds either at thrift stores or just ideas she sees and making them come to life in her art. I’m not going to lie, I may be asking her to make me one of those…

She’s my friend, so naturally I assume I’m overly biased, but expect a lot more than eight starter items in the coming weeks from ArrowsandAngels (I personally love the name). I’ve seen what she can do, hell it’s all over her walls at school and at home, and I know it is worth it. I’m just hoping some of her skill rubs off on me!

Lovelies, do you shop on Etsy? Will you check out ArrowsandAngels?
