It’s definitely true that people who date for a while start to emulate each other. But do couples like Kim and Kanye take it too far?
Personally, I think this is creepy. I wouldn’t ever dress to match my boyfriend unless I was poking fun at his penchant for metal t-shirts. And even then, I wouldn’t wear the outfit outside the house. But Kim and Kanye have definitely done this more than once. Check out the leather pants…
I don’t know, I think this is weird. This could just be an inside joke the couple has, to poke fun at the paparazzi that follow the pair everywhere. In which case, awesome!

They aren’t really matching. They are coordinated which is a few steps below matching. THIS is matching. To answer the question, no I wouldn’t.

I would if my s/o was up for it (but then again I never asked)…I really want us to wear those Korean couple shitrs…lol

I like the mermaid dress.
she looks like j-lo in the 2nd pic.

I don’t think look bad. They are coordinated but not too matchy-matchy. If they were both wearing outfits from the same print, that might be a little creepy to me.

I don’t think I’d ever match my significant other on purpose. Honestly, the pictures weren’t as bad as I thought it would be. I mean, I don’t think I’d decide to wear a particular type of pants just because my s/o was wearing them. I was expecting the couples’ pictures to match, almost to the T. I guess that would be fine, though still odd, for homosexual couples, but the image I got was for a guy and a girl. Instantly I heard the line “We use the same make up but different kinds of tampons” from a youtube song I’ve heard.
I guess it’s one thing to have similar tastes and possibly accidentally be matching. That’s not weird at all. It does strike me as a tad odd if you can’t get dressed unless you’re asking your partner what they’re wearing today too.

they’re not even matching that much.

Matching is totally different than what they are doing. And for the most part, they look like they’re attending events where you should coordinate with your date.
But as for me, matching you SO is a no in any case besides like weddings or formals or occasions like that.

They’re outfits arent too matchy, but couples that do match are pretty tacky.

@Erika_Steele@xanga - I think Prince William and Catherine look adorable! lol
There’s a difference between matching and coordinating. As much as I hate Kim and Kanye (except his music), I have to defend them and say they’re not matching.
The only time I would ever really truly coordinate with my S/O is for an engagement photo shoot. I think, then, that would be appropriate. There’s not need to match directly, but to have a certain similarity between each others’ outfits would be fitting.

idk i think they definately planned the first outfit.
but the others i don’t see the problem. they’ve both always been stylish, fashion conscious people so i don’t think they’re trying to copy each other so much as carrying on normal business and those necklaces might just be whats in, in general.
