Katy Perry is one of my absolute favorites! I love that she can sport silly, costume-esque outfits but is still able to pull off feminine and conservative. While promoting her “Part of Me” film in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this spunky singer was seen donning this adorable yet busty summer frock with diamond cutouts.
It totally embodies her versatile style and personality, and I might consider wearing it if it was in a different color and if the cutouts were in the back. But I think it’s perfect for Katy who can wear just about anything while looking happy, confident and sexy all at the same time. Let’s be real. Who else can look as gorgeous as Katy did in a cupcake bra and bedazzled jean shorts? Check out the gallery for evidence (not that you need it!).

I am going to say sexy because it is on Katy, mostly because her assets are properly contained within the dress. Most other people, I would say trashy. I’m glad the cutouts aren’t bigger. On me, this dress would be an awful idea.

I love the snowman puffy dress. the other dresses are sexy. her outfits are often cute, but I personally don’t like her songs. the fireworks song is so annoying when she sings…make ‘em go ah ah ahhhhhh
and the…do you ever feel like a plastic bag drifting in the wind…lyric is so lame. but her songs are more tolerable than rihanna’s. so in comparison, she’s good:P

Its not as tacky or trashy as her other outfits so I say its a hit. Also (most) of her body is covered up so i guess it makes it okay. I also like her hair like that

I love the cut of the keyholes, but the color and shape of the dress are all wrong for her. She has pink-toned skin, and yellow washes that poor girl out.
