I’ve been growing my hair out for what seems like forever. Part of this process has been finding new ways to wear my hair up when it’s hot out. It’s inevitable that lots and lots of buns happen. But I get bored with the same ol’ same ol’. I think it’s time to put a new spin on my go-to hairstyle. Here are 3 different variations on the classic bun.

The woman in this video was one of my instructors in hair school. She is an incredible stylist. Also… this is easier than it looks.

can’t do the upside down french braid to save my life. i’ve tried at least 20 times, it just ends up looking like i didn’t brush my hair before i put it in a bun. c’est la vie.
