I get where she was going with the shoes, but it went wrong. She may have been able to pull it off if those shoes were red and black instead of white and black. She was trying to play up the black and white stripes in the pattern, but the black and white. She also probably should have lost the necklace since she was going for bold shoes with a bold dress.
