I’ve always been a huge fan of lollipops and other candies, even after I choked on a large rectangle lollipop when I was four years old. That still didn’t stop me from enjoying “suckers” throughout the years. When I was younger, my neighbors and I each bought a humongous Gobstopper that changed colors as you ate it and reached the center, but my mom threw it away before I could finish it because it was getting pretty disgusting and lasted a few days.

But my Gobstopper now looks like a grain of sand compared to this lollipop that broke the world record in honor of National Lollipop Day (July 20).

See’s Candies crafted the world’s largest, standing nearly six feet tall, 3 feet six inches wide, and weighing 7,003 pounds, three times as much as the average car! How many licks would it take to get to the center of that lollipop?! I’d get sick before I could even find out…

The Burlingame, California based company went with a chocolate flavored lolly that includes an 11-foot 10-inch stick! Now, parents, that sounds impossible to choke on.

How much do you think this lollipop would sell for if it was actually on sale?
