If only all of our frustrations could be worded so concisely and in perfectly toned passive-aggressive syntax. Too bad some of us just don’t have that special “way with words.” But at least we can draw inspiration from the “Dear Blank, Please Blank” project drummed up by Hans Johnson and Jared Wunsch. These two creators asked users to voice their complaints or just witty historical references, in a simple letter format and your submissions could appear on the website.

The website was swarmed with submissions — mostly hilarious, some slightly creepy. Click through to see the best of the bunch! 

The wittiest of cards alluded to grievances from imaginary beings, historical disasters, websites and even our good, oftentimes overlooked friend “Logic”. Dear Blank, Please Blank categorizes its users’ submissions into pretty aptly worded groups: How Dare They, You’re a Douche, Hilarious, I Like This and Ummm, WTF?! The website is even selling some popular submissions in actual card form on Etsy!
