Americans seem to be obsessed with cosmetic surgery, from bizarre new procedures to make your toes skinnier, to spending 10 billion dollars on facelifts and botox. But there’s a new, cost-friendly way to tighten your face. It’s called the Facelift Bungee.
Nicknamed “Spanx for the face,” the Facelift Bungee is made of two small combs and a bungee cord. You attach it in your hair using two braids on either side, and the bungee pulls your skin taunt.

What do you think of the Facelift Bungee? Weird, or genius idea for facelifts on the cheap?

@lonelystrangergirl@xanga - i totally agree.
one thing to prevent wrinkle is to start reducing it before it happens so what i use is a little magic from lancome and it does wonders. but i’m not worrying about aging, it’s going to make me more beautiful.

I notice a difference in the upper eye area, mostly the eyelid. My mom brought this up to me today, and she’s considering looking into it for my brother’s wedding next month. Her problem is, she’s afraid her hair is too thin to wear this without that thick bungee cord being shown.

I see no difference in the before and after……but maybe I’m not focusing enough. Idk.

@Niiksknox@xanga @lonelystrangergirl@xanga @superGchik@xanga - Look at the outer eye “crow’s feet” area and the cheeks. There is a huge difference! Most of the wrinkles have been smoothed out.
@zina2012 - Yeah, it does seem like you’d just be creating more wrinkles with stretching your skin! Yikes.
