Like your average Twitter user, I follow a huge variety of accounts. Combined, I like to think that my Twitter feed can tell me everything I need to know about current events, celebrity news, health advice, fashion updates, and what my friends and family have been up to recently. In addition to these, though, I follow more random, pointless accounts than I’d like to admit. These are not always helpful, but are usually hilarious. My new favorite? Preschool Gems.
Similar to those of 90s Girl Problems, Condescending Wonka, and Women’s Humor, the tweets from Preschool Gems are more entertaining than informative. The account was created by a preschool teacher, who pays a great deal of attention to her students and enjoys Tweeting their many comments. As you may imagine, kids certainly say some interesting (but downright hilarious) things. Check out some of my favorite Preschool Gems tweets!
Do any of you Lovelies follow Preschool Gems? Have you heard any ridiculous comments from kids that you would add?

HAHA, I pretty much cried laughing at “Dance around! And make a burrito by yourself!”

I work at a preschool and I freaking love this. I’ve heard some interesting things before, but the context always makes things funnier.
There’s a little boy who was misbehaving. He happens to speak spanish. His teacher said “No way jose!” and he said “NOO no nononono, miss Tonya, me Juan!”
Just the other day we asked a little girl why she was digging her hand in her pants and she said quite seriously “my panties are in a crack!”
I’ve also heard a lot of dirt on the parents. They always tell me when mommy says a bad word, it’s adorable.

HAHA those stories are absolutely adorable! Kids are hilarious, I used to teach swim lessons and they would say the greatest things!
