I’ll admit, I’m the first to get excited about things going “BOOM!” But this video is just so amazing, that it is a must-watch, regardless of your feelings towards exploding fruit.
The Slo Mo Guys have done it again. Not only is the watermelon exploding (in slow-motion), but it’s exploding because of the 500 rubber bands wrapped around its middle. Kinda freaky, huh? The pressure builds up so much that the watermelon starts shaking — shaking! By itself!
This is the science experiment your physics teachers warned you about. This is the coolest thing I’ve seen on YouTube since the discovery of Mentos and Diet Coke. This is brilliant.
