Look, I know Carly Rae Jepsen’s persona is supposed to be geared toward fans of the younger set. And I know it’s summer and you’re hot and you want to wear as little as possible. But this dress rubs me the wrong way. Laced together at the waist, cut in at the shoulders (super unflattering on Carly’s short torso) and pink-toed brogues. I think short girls have the ability to pull off way more than us tall girls, but Carly managed to defy the odds. What do you think? Am I being awfully harsh?
