Miley Cyrus stepped out to walk her dog in Philadelphia earlier this week wearing a pain black tank, sheer lace maxi and turquoise flats. She finished the look with oversized sunnies and layered chain necklaces. 

Although I think the maxi-over-mini looks cool, I don’t think it goes with the rest of her overall casual outfit. Plus, as Huffington Post pointed out, it looks kind of bridal. I would definitely love it styled a different way, though!
