Sometimes it seems so hard to find a good phone case these days. The cute ones are flimsy and the sturdy ones are boring. Bedazzling is always an option, but while diamonds may be forever, cheap rhinestones are not. Here are four tutorials on how to turn your plain ol’ phone case into a work of art.
This method is by far the easiest, and totally customizable. You have your choice of paper design, and you can even add photos or layers of different colors. It’s a simple solution for a boring phone.
2. Wood
This isn’t actually a case, but a skin. I know a lot of people who hate cases for their bulkiness, but lament how unexciting their phones are without one (or how scratched up the back can get). Though this method is a bit more complicated, it’s super cute and makes your phone look brand new.
3. Embroidery
This method takes a special type of phone case, but the results are so cool, it’s worth it. With the nifty holes poked into the case, you can embroider any design you want for your phone, without having to mess with needles and cloth. The best part? If you get bored of the design, just pull out the string and make a new one!
4. Lace
This is by far my favorite. It’s probably the messiest of the four, but it’s just so pretty. Maybe I’m just a sucker for lace, but I can’t wait to try this out on my own phone case. It’s classy, it’s cute and it keeps your phone from becoming a total mess.
Lovelies, would you give any of these DIY cases a try?

I’m actually planning on DIY studding my case. I’m going to get a silicone one and then push the studs in (:
