After just coming home from a mission trip, you would think I’d be tired of putting on the long skirts we were required to wear. But now that I am home, I have found myself continuing to wear long skirts. One of my friends keeps asking, “why are you still wearing missionary skirts?” And instead of responding, I just shrug my shoulders and smile.
I’ve had the above dress for so long. I made it about 4 years ago. Just styling it in different ways keeps it fresh.

the billowy, cotton white skirts down past the knees… those are real nice to wear

I tend to like skirts that stay slightly below the knee. Sadly, I can’t seem to find them.

@mementoviveredarling@xanga - I’m 5’4″, too, & I can pull it off! I just keep it at the knee or right above & sit it right at my hips so my legs look long. It’s all in the legs.
