You can’t win em all, right? I love the colors. I love the idea (inspired by this mani). I even tried out my new nail art tools… but it turned out horribly. It wasn’t so much that I couldn’t follow the line of the inner nail, it was more that I couldn’t keep the neon yellow off of my skin. I think the key is to paint the neon first then, using some template that covers the edges only, paint the gray over the neon. Or possibly by using a nail polish paint pen.

Needless to say, it’s gotten better over the past few days and I’m still wearing it as I type this. I can’t say I hate it, but it’s not my best work.
