While a scalp tattoo is seemingly as easy to hide as one on your inner lip, it still takes some serious balls to shave your head and get a big tattoo on it. Guys and girls alike opt for tattoos on this likely-painful area, with mixed results ranging from totally awesome to completely outrageous. This is a grab from Trace Cyrus‘ (Miley’s bro) Instagram shortly after he got this scalp tattooed. This guy is covered in tattoos, but he said, “Got my head tatted today! Excuse all the ink on my face. And yes this hurt!!!” So I’m guessing this was not easy.
