If you’re anything like me, you own a million pairs of sunglasses, and they’ve all been worn to the bone from overuse. Here are five cute tricks to make those old shades look new and stylish.

1. Color Pop

I love how simple these are. All you need is a sharpie in the color you want and: voila! Instant sunglasses revamp! (You can also use nail polish, if you so choose.)

2. Floral Frames

These glasses are also very simple, as long as you have access to a hot glue gun and a craft store. And you don’t have to use flowers. You could use the same trick to make heart glasses or star glasses or spiky glasses, a la Lady Gaga. (To learn how to hand-make the flowers, see this Lovelyish post.)

3. Glitter

A tad messier than the others, these glasses are still rather simple — squirt on some glitter glue and try not to stain anything! But for all that mess, they look fabulous (once dry).

4. Mod Podge

These glasses, much like the scrapbooking methods used to make them, are cute and have a bright, homey feeling to them. The top pair is another way of doing glitter glasses, and the bottom uses scrapbook paper (and mod podge) to decorate the stems. Elmer’s glue also works pretty well, for those Lovelies who don’t own multiple containers of mod podge (like me).

5. Lace

Though I can’t imagine how great the visibility is, I can say these glasses are pretty darn cute. Definitely more for show than for utility, but still very stylin’.
