Having trouble waking up and getting energized this morning? Maybe that cup of coffee isn’t quite doing the trick after a relaxing weekend you hoped wouldn’t end so soon. Well, I admit my coffee fell short this morning, but I was lucky enough to stumble on this gem that did the rest of the job for me. Give this (absolutely ridiculous) mashup a listen and see if it helps. 


Bubba Sparxxx’ “Ms New Booty” makes so much more sense with The Little Mermaid‘s Sebastian and company playing underwater instruments and singing along. This frankly had me laughing so hard I couldn’t actually enjoy the musical appeal of it the first time, but on the second play you realize that this is actually the best way to appreciate these songs. Or at least the best way I’ve found… on a Monday morning that refuses to get started. (There a ton more mashups at Buzzfeed, too.)
