You read that title right, lovelies. Disney & Sephora are teaming up. *Insert squeals of excitement*
Disney has a history of team ups with major makeup brands – I personally loved the MAC + Disney collaboration that happened back in 2010. This time, instead of villains, Sephora will be focusing on honoring the princesses. Gorgeous makeup for the modern day princess? I can live with that.
According to Fashion Etc., The Disney Princesses Collection at Sephora is set to launch in October and will include cosmetics, nail color, and fragrances. I feel this collection is going to model a lot after Sephora’s recent Hello Kitty collection, which debuted last year.
Just think of all the possibilities this collection could bring: a gorgeous red to match Snow White’s apple, or a glimmery gold for Belle’s ball gown? I’ll need a nail color in Jasmine’s signature turquoise outfit.
As you can tell, I’m personally excited about this collaboration. Hopefully these products will have affordable price tags, because I’m sure they will be too cute to stop at purchasing just one.

The MAC Villains had some sophisticated colors (but I didn’t buy any)…but makeup inspired by Princesses–I don’t know. I will have to see before I decide if I like it. However, in previous experiences, I have not much luck with all the colors of Sephora brand eyeshadows I’ve tried (such as their own and Kat von D). Didn’t like the texture much, didn’t apply too smoothly and colors not very intense. I am excited to see how they package it up!

I guess it is cool. . . they got clothes that go with it. I am thinking Disney lingerie! Just think, role play with a fishy tail or 10 pounds of weave? Kinda hot right?
