Everyone was beyond excited when the ever-popular “puppy cam” returned to the Internet, but now there’s a new animal live-feed that’s all the buzz. In preparation of the 25th Anniversary of Shark Week, the Discovery Channel has teamed up the Georgia Aquarium to bring live sharks to your computer screen, all day, every day.
Shark Cam went live just yesterday, and it’s already a hit. The cam shows off a 360 view of the aquarium, where 33 sharks reside, along with a vast selection of other aquatic animals. The way it’s set up, you can rotate the camera whichever way you like, to better follow the sharks.
Sure, it’s not as cute as a room full of puppies, but for Shark Week fans like me, it’s pretty darn awesome.
Would you kill some time tuning into the Shark Cam?
