Katy Perry beamed at the London premiere of Part Of Me this week in this dress that blends a 1920s-style drop-waist with a fluffy tutu, and I have to say, I don’t hate it! I think for the over-the-top star, its better than par for the course — I think it’s practically perfect. Take a look at the front view below. Are you as big a fan of this look as I am?

I like the side view, but I’m not really into the front for some reason.

I don’t like it…but I don’t hate it… It’s one of those things that would attract me in a store…and then after a few minutes of looking at it go “ehhhh….”

I like the look though, and I like that it’s much more toned down compared to some of her previous outfits.

I don’t know if the average person could pull it off..but Katy can pull almost anything off. She’s stunning and has the star personality to go with it. I love, love, love it!!!!!
