CATS. Are they not the best?
OK, I may be a bit biased since I have a “cattoo,” but there’s just nothing that can make me grin like feline videos. Usually I enjoy your standard “kitten playing” fare, but now a new, wonderful creature has come into my online life. Her name is Lil Bub, and she’s deformed in the cutest ways possible. Oh, did I fail to mention that Bub is permanently kitten-size? My mom wouldn’t let me get a baby cat as a kid because “kittens become cats, then they aren’t as cute and then you’ll lose interest.” Clearly she had never encountered a specimen like this.

Aww, in this strangest way possible she is cute. Why does she always pant though? My favorite is the 8th one where shes sitting on the bed and looking at something.

Also, my cat is also permanently the size of a large kitten, and almost the same colors, except she has orange on the patterning on her belly, and she’s got SUPER long hair…haha. And she’s effin’ adorable.

I had a cat once that didn’t know how to meow and she’d just do this grunting noise when she were to “meow”. She was a runt cat that her mom didn’t want anymore D:

Looks like a jaw deformity to me. Not to say the cat is not cute, it’s adorable. But people get strange ideas when breeding cats, or animals in general so I am just pointing out it’s likely something that could disable the cat if it didn’t live with humans fo example.

My mother rescued a cat and he has this stunted stature, looked a little strange, and an obesity problem. We had the vet run a bunch of tests on him because he was deathly ill too. Some deformaties are due to malnutrition at an early stage or within gestation (mother didnt have enough milk to nurse and/or the baby was not fed much) or its a source of inbreeding (people keeping multiple cats in one house without getting spayed or neutered). He doesnt have a tumor or any chemical problems that may affect his obesity and diet doesnt change his situation either. Its possible his start in life altered his genes.
Luckily there are people willing to adopt these animals and provide love and good health care for them.
