A rainbow from scraps! THAT is summer-y.
I don’t know about you all, but I’ve been in a picnic mood nowadays. Being outdoors, eating good food with a friend or my partner… good stuff! But in order to have a good picnic, you must have a good picnic blanket. These are some of the best around!

No, I just use a fleece blanket. However, I do wish I had a quilt as cool as that Tetris one! I think quilting is a lost art in my neck of the woods–until I go to the county fair. I love looking at the arts and crafts, and baked goodie entries.
