When a TV network throws an awards show, the rules of attire are usually pretty loose. Some celebs might choose to rock a ball gown no matter how casual the event, while others take the opportunity to make the red carpet their own personal catwalk. Truth be told, looking at the full array of red carpet looks, there’s a great divide between the remarkable looks and the ones who played it ultra safe. These are my favorites because the stars in question took the opportunity to push the envelope — either a little or a LOT. I kind of like Selita’s outfit ( although I have no clue who she is)..there are things I would change but I thought it was the better of the bunch.
