Why? Because. Tumblr is either a wonderland or a minefield, however you prefer to look at it, because you never know when you’re going to happen upon a niche-topic Tumblr that just blows your mind. Today that blog is Birds With Arms: A blog where someone decided to turn the idea of “putting a bird on it” on its head. I don’t have any further explanation for why this is necessary to exist; the point is that it does. 

Absurdity is my favorite form of humor (Berks, anyone?) and that’s what appeals to me most about Birds With Arms. I can’t help but imagine little personalities for these ridiculous hybrid creatures…  like our socialite here. I guess the idea is that there’s a bird with arms for everybody, so please enjoy this gallery of birds with arms and see which one fits you best.
