Even with the boatloads of time, money and attention that go into photo shoots, sometimes they just don’t turn out well. (I mean, have you ever seen a less-attractive shot of Ryan Gosling than the one above?) Here’s a gallery of 14 shots (mostly from the 90s, surprise surprise) that could have been executed better. Hindsight is always 20/20, but in the case of these photos, couldn’t someone have seen they were disastrous ideas from the start?

@galadrial@xanga - he just takes bad pictures because he’s overweight, where most of the celebrities she posted normally take good photos, but had a mishap with the photos above. she probably could have included more guys though.
most of these are just indicative of the year they were taken. they are pretty bad, but so were many of the photos, hairstyles and clothes of that time. we’ll look back in ten or twenty years and ask ourselves why we were caught dead in a certain top. the madonna one scared the crap out of me, though. why are you eating fish with your legs spread like that? and on a diving board? i don’t follow the logic.

@galadrial@xanga - if you read what i wrote, i said she COULD HAVE included more guys, which means she didn’t include as many as i think she should have. i didn’t say she DID include more guys. and i realize he’s older. i don’t think he should be included in the conversation because these are photo shoots that went badly, while the photos you’re talking about are paparazzi shots that make a lot of people look bad.

Ugh… Jennifer Lopez as the oil slick angel. When would you ever want to meet an angel that looks like it just came out of the womb? I find it hysterical that her face isnt shiny…I expect her angel wings should be dripping too. Bleh!
