Come along with me on a magical journal of my past styles, outfit memories, and self-deprecating humor.
Ok, here we go. I keep telling myself this shouldn’t be that embarrassing because these are all pictures I have in my Facebook albums for any of my friends to look at…maybe I should look into making some of those albums private. Exhibit A:
9th grade. 2006. I was in an all-girls Punk band and we were pretty badass, ok? Also, omg my braces.
Summer 2007 I started outgrowing the whole Avril Lavigne thing. (Note to 16-year-old self: DAMN GIRL YOU LOOK GOOD)
NYE 2007. I still enjoyed wearing unexpected things, such as sea green tights.
Right before I stared senior year (2008), I remember I just wanted to wear dresses ALL THE TIME. This was to go out to dinner with friends but switch out the wedges for flats and this was probably something I would wear to school. Also, due to an unfortune dye job and spending a lot of time outside that summer, I was blonde?
SENIOR YEAR OH NINE!~ It’s funny to look back at high school and remember how much effort I put into my outfits. And as you can probably tell from my overly colorful dress, beret, earrings (that I remember are actually PEACE SIGNS but you can’t really tell in this pic) I enjoyed going all out. Just to go to school.
Still 2009. Not gonna lie, I just really wanted to show y’all my prom dress. My friend’s mom designed it and it was a Barbie dress and I loved it.

In six years my style has changed from Avril Lavgine wannabe to J. Crew worshipper. How has your style changed over the years?
