Penelope Cruz appeared The Hollywood Reporter’s premiere of To Rome With Love in this form-fitting Emilio Pucci dress, completing the look with matching peep-toe heels and clutch.
Personally, while I think Penelope’s in great shape and has a lovely figure, this dress isn’t cutting it for me. She just looks so uncomfortable, and the cut is both restricting and unflattering. Still, it’s a great color on her, and her legs look fabulous in those heels.

There is nothing wrong with the cut of the dress for a figure. The dress may be slightly too small. I think she looks fine.
