This bottle is adorable! Learn more about DKNY Fresh Blossom below.

I feel like every month when I’m flipping through magazines I see more and more ads for new fragrances. Truth is, it’s impossible to try them all. In middle school, I went on a kick where I kept buying new scents and experimenting. What I’m left with is random bottles of scents that just aren’t me, oh, and its been about five years.

For me personally, I would rather stick to one or two scents. Scents that I consider “my scents.” I love some of my friend’s perfumes, but if i tried to wear them, I would simply be reminded of them rather than of myself. But the second I catch a whiff of Dior Addict 2 (my absolute favorite) I know I’m smelling myself. And if someone else happens to be wearing it, well, I just try to avoid that fact. Thus far, I haven’t met anyone who boasts her shared love of my favorite, so I’m safe for now.

Nonetheless, some of my favorite fragrances are slightly altered versions of the originals.

DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom
- This is one of my favorite summer scents. Similar to the DKNY Be Delicious Apple fragrance, this has floral undertones that work well with the fruity base, and make this a young, pretty scent. Unfortunately, my best friend purchased this before me, so I have to settle with smelling it on her rather than trying to make it work for myself too!

CK One Summer
- Every year, CK One puts out a slightly altered version of their ‘summer’ version of the popular unisex fragrance. This year’s blend reminds me a lot of last years, and is both fruity and clean. The slight smell of mint gives this a fresh twist.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh
-This fragrance is the opposite of the DKNY Fresh Blossom. Daisy So Fresh has floral undertones that are found in the beloved original ‘Daisy’ perfume, combined with fruity elements to make this fragrance fresh for summer. The addition of raspberry scents works well with the daisy scent, making this fragrance a great summertime treat.

Burberry Brit Summer for Women
- Unlike the three previous fragrances, Burberry’s summer version of Brit adds a green tea element that makes this already powerful, yet delicate fragrance, even more distinct. The eclectic combination of green tea, lime, and almond among other ingredients make this fragrance a summer classic.

What are your favorite summer scents? Would you try any of these fragrances?
