Eva Longoria appeared at the Monte Carlo TV Festival in this complicated Marchesa gown. Though Marchesa designs have been all over the red carpet lately, this dress just doesn’t seem quite as flattering or as elegant as the others. Still, it’s Eva Longoria, and in the world of fashion, it seems that she can never go wrong.

the frayed hems bother me
but that might be part of the design or the dress was so tight fitting that when she tried to walk, the seams burst open and created a partial slit on her left thigh
it would seem more elegant if it was chiffon or satin fabric. it looks like twill or maybe it is satin, but it doesn’t look it.
