Katy Perry hit the red carpet at City of Hope’s Music And Entertainment Industry Group Honors Bob Pittman event Tuesday night wearing a lingerie-inspired Nolan Miller dress. Katy accessorized the dress to give the look an even more retro-feel: the beads and headdress over her short bob are absolutely channeling The Great Gatsby.
I think Katy looks absolutely gorgeous in this and I do not miss her blue hair at all. Although this look is right in line with Katy’s past costume-y red carpet looks, it is definitely classier.

I like it. I am not a fan of uneven hemlines but it saves this look from looking too much like a nightgown/slip. I think the shoes are really pretty.
