I was shocked to learn that the Olsen twins turned 26 yesterday. I know I’m late with the news, but it’s so crazy! 26! Honestly, it seems like just recently that creepy men were making countdowns to their 18th birthday. (Does anyone else remember that? What was the point? So they could feel less creepy about staring at them?) These lovely ladies have had monumental success in their young lives, and their careers only continue to rise. While the twins have had some serious ups and downs, they’ve managed to emerge from them as multi-talented, thriving businesswomen. It’s great to see that some child stars can both grow up to be successful and evolve beyond their adolescent roles. Happy birthday, Mary-Kate and Ashley

I absolutely adore the Olsen twins. While some of their choices have been disappointing to me, since I looked up to them as a child, I still think they are beautiful and talented young women. Happy Belated Birthday to them!
