In most cases movie magic is just that: magic. And these behind-the-scenes photos are an insanely interesting look at some of our favorite films, and the ways their creators approached the challenges of making them. Above you see an AT-AT from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back in its decidedly cute true size. From clever deception to larger-than-life monsters, click through to see more super-cool photos from your favorite films.
I distinctly remember my mom saying — and I’ll be she still feels the same way — that the original 1979 Alien was the scariest movie she’d ever seen. Well, seeing the alien himself with costume-head off makes things decidedly less scary, yet still very cool.

My love for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie has forever lost its luster to me. It’s like seeing the characters from Disneyland BREAK out of character
lol
And I will never look at William Shatner the same way ever again. Michael Meyers scares me the most out of all the killers out there along with Freddie Kreuger.
But really interesting post.

@pick_my_friggin_nose@xanga - I’m the same way. It doesn’t matter how many trivia or facts I learn about the Halloween movies or Michael Myers, he will always, always, ALWAYS scare the bejesus out of me.

Umm isn’t it Luke Skywalker who falls in that last one?

The one with all the mattresses under Luke just makes me hate life. And love movies.
