Not to say it was broken by any means, but Jewel has long been known as the cool singer-songwriter with the slightly crooked smile. Well recently, in preparation for her upcoming role as June Carter Cash in an upcoming Lifetime movie, she owned the role by dyeing her long locks brown and going for a straight-toothed smile. Take a look at the results below.



It’s possible we’re looking at some very well-done prosthetics here. Would Jewel really abandon her iconic smile for a Lifetime roll? She looks beautiful both ways, but it’s amazing how much difference teeth can make in a person’s appearance (and the blue contacts are pretty wild, too).
