I have entirely too much time to surf the internet this summer. Well, technically I don’t, but I procrastinate and make time to mindlessly surf. While surfing, I came across Guyspeak– possibly the most amazing website of our time. Or maybe just the most amazing site for all women.
The site is run by a series of men, who go by clever names such as “Reformed Player” and “Girl’s Best Friend.” These personalities are each run by actual hired men who answer questions sent in by women through the site.
Ever wondered what goes on in a guy’s mind on a regular basis? Can’t seem to pinpoint your boyfriend’s weird habit or why he does it? Ask away! Half the fun of this site is reading the responses to questions.
These guys have no filter – asking a question warrants some tough love. You can expect these guys to give you the whole truth, which is really the best part.
Asking your girlfriend usually means getting the nicest response possible, which is not necessarily the best. Girls tend to sugarcoat things, while boys don’t. Any intelligent female who read “He’s Just Not That Into You” has learned this painful rule the hard way.
In addition to the Q&A section, there are also blog posts by the guys that are just as interesting to check out.
Who do you turn to when you need to understand what a guy is thinking?

“whoa that red headed chick with the boobs is hot”
Well, that’s what went through my mind anyway.

Why do people act like guys are some mystery hidden behind a massively complex codex? -rolls eyes-

Hahaha interesting. On a side note, the movie He’s Just Not That Into You made me shudder.

I don’t know, guys aren’t particularly difficult. You just have to talk to them like both of you are human beings! Just take everything they say to be face value. That means, no more “what did he mean by that” overly analytical bullshit. Most girls suck at analyzing anyway.

See, I’ve been with both kinds of guys. There was the one bf who tried to make our whole relationship like the movies. He was overly cheesy and I had to read into what he said to know what he actually meant.
On the other hand, there was a guy who said exactly what he meant (sometimes a little too harsh), but generally more agreeable than the first guy. I didn’t have to wonder what he was cryptically trying to say.
So, trying to group all guys together is like trying to group all girls together. Megan Fox and Taylor Swift won’t have the same desires. Neither will Denzel Washington and Brad Pitt.
