I am all for an actress staying true to herself and doing what she loves, but she is annoying. She has said a lot of times before that she doesn’t understand why people say things about her and the way she looks, but did anyone else watch the MTV Move Awards? It wouldn’t have killed her to brush her hair.

Idk, I just think if you’re going to look and dress like her, don’t be surprised when people say crap about you. That’s what happens when you’re in the public eye. 

I really really like her, I have a lot of respect that she sticks to her guns and hasn’t let fame get the best of her. It seems as though lately she’s been coming out of her shell and it just makes me like her more. Not every celebrity has to be smiley and bubbly like people expect them to be, she’s not a bubbly girl and I think that’s why people criticize her because that’s what they expect from starlets.  She’s beautiful and smart and I just really like her a lot!

She looks so beautiful & I bet she’s really sweet, but geezus.  The way she talks (the cursing doesn’t help, but not even so much that) makes her seem ugly.

She’s confusing criticism for making the same stupid expression in every single picture with being criticized for not looking perfect…

She irritates me. There are far better actresses out there and I feel like their roles are stolen from them when she gets on screen stuttering and blinking like a psychopath.

I am seriously not a fan of hers but I at least give her that shes doing what she likes; regardless of other people say or think. Which is how everyone should approach their lives. I still don’t like her but I don’t hate her either. I don’t get why people waste their time sending hate her way. Shes not a good actress and is kinda annoying but trashing her sheds more attention on her and thus keeps her right at the forefront of our eyes. Sending hate is wrong… if that means nothing to you then for the sake of the rest of us stop giving her more attention so her career can fade out to a flicker and be extinguished.

She’s like that kid you went to elementary school with who all the other kids hated and no one could articulate why. Instead, they just grasp at the most insignificant things to justify how bitchy they are about her. Even when people try to play the saint, like, “Well, she’s not the most perfect human being, but who is?” they end it with, “But, seriously, is she even capable of closing her mouth? She looks like a fucking idiot.” It’s just hilarious how someone so normal can get such a passionate reaction out of practically everyone.

I completely agree with @Iobot@xanga. It’s a shame this post didn’t include the quote from Robert Pattinson where he basically called out the haters. He said people have already decided how they’re going to perceive her, she can smile a million times but they’re gonna choose that picture where she doesn’t and judge her for it. ¨

I don’t understand why so many of you hate her, not dislike, but truly hate. How does it change your life whether she smiles or not, if she brushes her hair, wears sneakers instead of heels, curses and looks “bitchy”? Why should Kristen have to change just because she doesn’t fit your idea of what a person should be like? Shame on your for hating on a 21 year old girl who outshines you in every way. You can say whatever you want about her acting but she’s landing the hottest and most coveted roles in Hollywood right now. Twilight opened many doors but which blockbuster doesn’t? Jennifer Lawrence was nominated for an Oscar 2 years ago but nobody cared about her until THG came out. You can’t hold Twilight against Kristen, directors still want to work with her and people that know her have nothing but great things to say. Her latest movie On the Road was shown at the Cannes Film Festival, it got a 5 minute standing ovation and while the movie itself got mixed critics, her acting was praised. Kristen Stewart clearly did some right so stop hating because your argument is invalid.

Oh, and writing “she’s in the public eye, she needs to be prepared for criticism” doesn’t give you an excuse to be a bully.

I wish I could read just one interview with an actress not trying prove their edgy hipness by cursing. 

I`d respect her viewpoint more if she had more talent, really.

I also agree. The poor girl got famous for a movie role that everyone was destined to hate from the start, she never had a chance. No matter what she did – people are just going out of their way to find something to hate about her. Now that the “LOL BELLA SWAN” thing is old, they have to find something else.

It’s happens all the time to anyone famous, and I never understand. Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers, Nickleback what have you – people can’t just dislike them and move on, they for some reason have to go absolutely besserk and passionately hate them with every ounce of their being.

Maybe you don’t think that Kristen Stewart is the prettiest woman in the world, the best actress you ever seem. So what? There’s a lot of women out there that are going to be prettier in someones eye than another, going to be an actress someone likes more. It blows my mind that people let themselves get so involved in hating and ripping down people for no reason other than because they don’t fit their ideal.

I’ll really never understand the world wide Nickleback hate. How whatever state signed a petition to get them to not play at the Superbowl because of how “terrible” they are? I don’t get it, they’re just a new age rock band like everyone else… why are they so horrible? Is it just because they’re Canadian? I don’t know.

It doesn’t particularly help that both pictures here feature that stupid expression.

Also, for the haters hating on the haters, suck it up. This is the internet, and I have just as much right to my opinion as you do to yours.

Constructive criticism is fine and as far as I see, nobody here is hating just because we defend Kristen. You on the other hand are judging a person based on their “stupid expression”. Did you even read the article or were you in too much of a hurry to HATE?

She looks nice and I think it’s quite admirable that she doesn’t give a shit about what the haters say.

I always feel so awkward when people are like, “I hate girls who curse a lot! They’re trying to hard to look bad ass!” I’m sitting here thinking, “Fuck. I say fuck after every other word just out of habit…I don’t try it just comes out.” Then I wonder if my coworkers think that way about me. haha
Anyhow, I don’t hate or love Kristin Stewart. My attitude towards her depends on the movie we’re talking about. Twilight – thumbs down. The Runaways – Thumbs up.
She does her thing and it really has no affect whatsoever on my life. So fuck it. haha

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, she sucks as an actress; but she could have a promising career in modeling.

I’m sorry, but ever since she made that comment about how being famous is similar to being raped I just can’t help but roll my eyes every time I see this woman. That comment just, ruined her for me. She’s a complete moron. And she treats being famous and rich like some kind of curse. She needs to just like, re evaluate herself or something. 

I’m not a fan of hers at ALL, but she looks good in these pictures. Makeup and photoshop does wonders.

I’m not really a fan of hers, but she takes extremely elegant, glamorous pictures. I can’t deny that.

I feel the same way. There’s a difference between cursing to look cool or edgy and cursing because it’s part of your speech pattern/regular vocabulary…
