Who doesn’t have a bad habit? Whether you’ve had one in the past, or are currently battling one, bad habits are things that affect everybody. Personally, my bad habit is biting my nails. I’ve gone to extreme lengths to try to stop, including purchasing sour-tasting nail polish (SO gross). No matter what I try, though, I just can’t quit! As bad as nail-biting is though, it’s not the only bad habit out there. After all, nobody’s perfect.

Bad habits are addicting. Even when you think you’ve found the trick to quitting, you find yourself nibbling at your pinky nail or standing in line buying a soda you swore you wouldn’t have. I know how frustrating these vices can be, and how they can sneak up on you just when you least expect it.
