Supermodels tend to have stigma attached to them… beautiful, but not much going on behind the eyes. Obviously, this is not true. There have been quite a few models who have transitioned into the world of acting, proving that they have more to offer than just a pretty face.


Brooke Sheilds began modeling at just 11 months and starred in her first film at just age 12. She played a child prostitute in her first film, Pretty Baby, which actually sounds way more twisted than it actually is. (I’ve seen this movie, and it is really good.) At 14, Brooke was the youngest model to ever appear on the cover of Vogue. Not to mention she was in a few controversial ads for Calvin Klein. Then she had some weird thing with Michael Jackson for a little bit and was on that awesome sitcom, Suddenly Susan. But, last I saw her, she was in a commercial for eyelash medicine. LOL.
