Parking lessons were the best thing that came from dating my first boyfriend. For about three months after receiving my license, you would find my car pathetically double-parked in the far back of lots, out of the way of people who knew how to properly operate their vehicles. Then “Fernando” (as I will call him) came along, and made all my dreams come true! Parking dreams, that is. And now, while parking with ease is nice, it’s also nice to know that I’ll probably never be a recipient of passive-aggressive notes like these.
You can read even more funny notes over at the source. While I’ve never had to leave a note on a car, if I ever do, I will be drawing inspiration from these. Well, except for Jack’s. That dude is just a big jerk.
Have you ever written or received a passive-aggressive parking note?

LOL! Short, sweet (or not), and to the point. These are hilarious!

Haha, I love these. I came THISCLOSE to leaving a snotty note on a car parked at my apartment complex, but I chickened out at the last minute. It was going to be something to the effect of “Stay between the lines, dumbass” and I even started writing it (with lip stain because I didn’t have a pen) but then I decided not to. I kinda wish I would have

yea, these would probably make me park worse and leave a note on the car asking if I seemed like the kind of person to take advice.

“Jack” deserves a good left hook in the kidneys. What a douche.

I’ve thought about leaving notes several times on the cars of the people who rent the basement apartment across the street from my parents because they are forever parking directly behind our driveway, turning the already narrow road into an even bigger nightmare. I’ve actually gotten into stand-offs and arguments with people who try to come barreling down the block as I’m trying to navigate out of the driveway.

I have a feeling if this becomes a popular trend I’m going to get a whole lot of those…

I’ve never left a note before but perhaps I shall start….

…What is the point of leaving one of these notes, besides getting “satisfaction” out of insulting another person? Who cares? Someone is not going to start parking better just because someone left a rude note on their car.

the Chicago thing seems dumb. where i come from, you don’t save spaces.

I’ve left 2, actually.
“Hello, special person. You obviously must be special to take up a regular spot and a handicapped spot at the same time! FAIL! BAD DRIVER!”
“So, you’re in a handicapped spot with no placard or plate. Hm…does lack of common sense now count as a disabilty?”
My dad’s wheelchair bound and I get beyond pissed when I see people do that.

I’ve left notes before. Used to keep a notebook handy in my car just for that purpose

These ROCKED!
Totally left a note before.
The guy pretending to write down his info CRACKED me up.. not that i’ve ever done that before..

I really love these. I’ve been tempted to write notes a few times, but never want to spend an extra minute doing it. One day…

I’ve written a witty note like that before. I hate people who take 2 spots.

once i saw a car with 3 dogs inside and the windows were not even cracked so i left a very nice note on the windshield

I totally get the Chicago one. But I grew up in that area. Driving, and especially parking, should be done with the thought of others in mind. And your wallet.

I’ve definitely left a note on a car before! We have assigned parking in my complex, and I got home after a long, frustrating day to find that someone had parked in my assigned spot that I pay for monthly. They got a note, and they’ve never parked in my spot again.
