Rihanna rocked this Louise Goldin sheer-and-striped dress this past new year’s eve in red. Katy Perry donned the same dress in black for her appearance at the NARM awards last night where she accepted the award for artist of the year. The look is atypical for Perry (not that we don’t love it), and definitely more expected for Rihanna. Who wore it better?
