Plenty of celebs resort to unusual workout routines to stay fit. But few of even the most scandalous ones have been known to pole dance for fitness reasons. Now it seems, however, that the typically squeaky clean Emma Watson has taken it up as a hobby! Click here to read more, and to check out a gallery of pole dancing celebrities!
Allegedly one of Watson’s costars in her upcoming film The Bling Ring recommended the workout to her. According to an unnamed source, Watson finds the routine “liberating,” and she is, “amazed with the results because it has toned up her body so well.” While Watson herself has yet to comment on the rumors, pole dancing does sound like a fun and interesting way to get fit! Would you ever try pole dancing as a workout?

Oh for goodness sake. Let’s be clear here: the photos you posted are NOT pole dancing for fitness. You want pole fitness photos? Look at MY page. THAT is what pole fitness is.
I’ve been doing it for 2 1/2 years, and it’s pretty much the love of my life right now. Not only is it fun, but it’s hard work and challenging. Even after all these years, I’ve only reached the tip of the iceburg as far as pole fitness is concerned. Like gymnastics, we are continually creating new moves and pushing the limits as to what can be done. It gives you an incredible feeling of self accomplishment.
I encourage all women to try it. Your size, age, and fitness level DO NOT matter: this is for ANYONE. Why? Because when you first start, you ALL start as beginners. You learn spins, strength moves, etc. Sure it might take a couple of weeks to master them…but that’s where the self accomplishments come in. As each week goes by, you get stronger and stronger. And before you know it, you’re flipping yourself upside down on a pole. Before you know it, you’re doing things your friends only WISH they could do.
So go for it, ladies! Stereotypes be damned. It’s a fun and exciting workout, and you’ll feel great about yourself (NO stripping involved!).

If you want some real inspiration on what pole fitness is REALLY about, I suggest looking up some pros on YouTube. My personal favorites are Felix Cane and Zoraya Judd. Be prepared to have your mind blown

Don’t be so dramatic, this post is not telling anyone to pole dance because Emma Watson does it. Idiots.
I have always wanted to try it but I never have the money for an exercise class. Guess I’ll stick to home workouts.

I think it would be fun to take a class like that
